Position Description

Lindsay Corporation is hiring a new Sr Coordinator, Customer Experience and Inside Sales, reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience. With a dual role for both inside sales responsibilities for multiple product lines as well as customer experience coordination, this person will work with multiple functions, including commercial sales, finance, billing, sourcing, credit, quality, warranty, and logistics.

Position Details

This is a flexible hybrid (Fridays can be worked remotely or in-office), full-time (40 hours) salaried position located at Lindsays headquarters in Omaha, NE.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, Lindsay team members and business units.
  • Demonstrate a passion for Lindsay products with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Demonstrate the desire to learn details about our products and create qualifying questions to ask to identify the correct part for a specific project.
  • Become a premier supplier to outside customers.
  • Earn trust through superior process knowledge and performance.
  • Demonstrate Lindsay values, behaviors, and expectations.
  • Effectively communicating the customers needs and requirements to the sourcing and manufacturing teams within Lindsay Corp. to ensure a clear understanding of what is needed for the sale.
  • Accurately enter sales orders into ERP system, quote specialty products, maintain pricing in LPRO.
  • Determinate pricing based on guidelines.
  • Inventory counts bi-weekly.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to help manage invoices, shipment documentation, warranty claims and related order entry and documentation support.
  • Proactively manage assigned inside sales for multiple product lines. Including building relationships with prospective and current customers, timely processing of quotation requests, orders processing, and order management to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Creation and management of sales pipeline to include the prospects from our contractors around the United States.
  • Manage removal of Lindsay scrap items.

Qualifications

  • 4-year bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience or sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Work well under pressure and multi-tasking
  • A passion for customer service and sales
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Highly organized
  • Analytical with strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong negotiator
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Self-starter, disciplined
