Part Time Make Ready Technician- Pershing Pointe Apartments

Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Pershing Pointe apartment community in Cheyenne, WY. This is a Tax Credit property with 188 units. This position will pay up to $21.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position will be Monday- Friday 4-5 hours per day, schedule will be discussed during interview process.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

Skills and Requirements

• Grounds/Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
