Position Overview

Role: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing / Permanent
Setting: Hospital-Based
Trauma Level: II
ORs: 12
EMR: Epic
Patient Volume: 15 patients per shift

Schedule & Coverage

Standard Schedule:
- 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Call:
- No mandatory call
- Call team structure (optional, extra pay):
  - Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3 in-house, 2 backup)
  - Weekends: 24-hour coverage (3 in-house, 2 backup)
- All call is paid separately and not included in base salary
Shifts Available:
- Multiple full-time schedules available

Licensure & Certifications

Certification:
- CRNA Board Certified - REQUIRED
Certifications Required:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
- Pay based on experience and location
Sign-On Bonus:
- Up to $75,000 (varies by role/schedule)
Paid Time Off:
- 6 weeks PTO
