Remote FP&A Director

Salary up to $170,000 + Bonus Potential

A fast growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to help build structure, guide financial strategy, and support continued expansion across several clinic locations. This is a highly visible, hands on leadership role partnering closely with the CEO and senior executives to drive performance and growth.

This is a rare opportunity for an FP&A leader who wants to own the function, influence strategy, and help shape the future.

What You'll Do

• Lead company wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Build and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and executive level reporting
• Analyze provider compensation, productivity, and clinic profitability
• Support new clinic launches, expansion initiatives, and M&A activity
• Translate financial insights into clear guidance for leadership
• Up to 25% travel as needed

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Healthcare industry background
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Builder's mindset with a passion for creating scalable FP&A structure
